Description: Modification 6 and 7 shows the amended drawings and specs reflecting the ETL changes and incorporating some of the Request for Information responses. Modification 5 which showed Revised Drawings and Revised Specs was replaced with Mods 6 and 7 due to a systems error. The proposal due date has changed from 15 April 2008 to 25 April 2008 with bids due at 2:00 est.
