Description

The 23rd Contracting Squadron/LGCA plans to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Preventive Maintenance Services for Vitek 32 Microbiology Analyzer 7am-7pm, 7 days a week. The BPA will be for a period not to exceed 5 years. Please see attached Statement of Work for details on the services requested. Wage Determination WD 05-2141 Rev 05 dated 05 June 2007 applies to this requirement. Please submit a price list by fax to 229-257-4032 or by e-mail to blake.mcilvane@moody.af.mil All price lists must be received NLT 2:00pm EDT 21 Apr 08.
