- Notice of intent to award a Sole-Source Contract Notice of intent to award a sole-source contract to the Chariot Group, 3120 Denali St. Suite 1, Anchorage, AK 99503-4000. The Chariot Group shall provide Polycom Warranty Maintenance services to the National Park Service's (NPS) Video Teleconference (VTC) system for a one (1) year period. The warranty shall cover all standard parts and labor to maintain the NPS VTC system. Under authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), the value of the contract is expected to be under $35,000. This Notice of Intent is not a request for Expressions of Interest (EOIs), proposals or quotations. No solicitation document exists and no telephone inquiries will be accepted. No contract award will be made on the basis of EOIs, proposals or quotations received in response to this notice. This service will be procured under Firm-Fixed Price Service in accordance with FAR 12 procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized under FAR 6.302-1.
