Description

The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Decatur, GA (VISN 7), requires the rental of fourteen (14) hotel rooms for VA Hoptel Patients within a 5 mile radius of the medical center from Sunday through Thursday nights each week. Hotel must be equipped with handicapped room(s), complimentary breakfast, and room microwaves and refrigerators. The contract performance period shall be a Base Year from June 1, 2008 through May 31, 2009 with 4 one-year Options to renew. This procurement is unrestricted for full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 721110 with a standard size of $6.5 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about April 25, 2008.
