Description

Amendment #2 to Solicitation VA-260-08-RP-0169 1) Scope of Contract, Site Visit is changed to read: A site visit will take place on April 16th at 9:30 am at Building 209, lower level. Contractors are encouraged to inspect the sites where the work is to be performed to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect the cost of contractor's performance. In no event shall failure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. 2) INSTRUCTIONS, CONDITIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS TO BIDDERS/OFFERORS, section (a.5) is changed read as follows: Offerors shall submit their proposals and scanned copies of their Bid Guarantee Bonds electronically by 12:00 PM, 9 May, 2008 to Erik.Berg@va.gov. Original Bid Guarantee Bonds shall be sent to the address listed in Block 7. 3) STRUCTURAL DRAWINGS CLARIFICATION: Clarification of note 2, S3.5: No work to be done in area shown on S3.5. On sheet S3.6, no work to be done between grid 5 and grid 11 and also between grid A to grid E. On sheet S3.7, no work to be done between grid A and grid B, and also no work to be done between grid 4 (not shown) and grid 10.5.
