Description
The Contractor shall furnish a team of personnel to role play key leaders in a U.K. heavy mechanized Army Brigade Response Cell during Phase III of the U.S. European Command Joint Task Force Exercise AUSTERE CHALLENGE 08 (AC08). The U.K. Brigade Response Cell shall, at a minimum, have the corresponding positions role played: One Brigade Commander (Lieutenant Colonel) One Deputy Brigade Commander (Lieutenant Colonel or Major) Two Brigade Intelligence Officers (Major or Captain) Two Brigade Operations Officers (Major) Two Brigade Logistics Officers (Major or Captain) Location of Services. The Contractor shall provide U.K. Mechanized Brigade Response Cell services at Bldg 711, Warrior Preparation Center (WPC), Einsiedlerhof, Germany. Dates required and Hours of Operation. Contractor services are required from 30 Apr 08 14 May 08. The Contractor shall report 15:00 27 Apr 08 Central European Time (CET) to Bldg 708(main Entrance), Warrior Preparation Center(WPC), Einsiedlerhof, Germany for in-processing. The Contractors services are required until release by a Government agent after announcement of End of Exercise on or about 09:00 14 May 08. Services shall consist of two shifts of 12 hours for 24 hour operations. Normally shifts will be 0700-1900 and 1900-0700 beginning on/about 3 May 08 and concluding on 13 May 08. Lunch break will consist of one hour at mid shift at the discretion of the Government. In support of requested services, the Contractor personnel shall work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, the Contractor personnel shall operate and live in a military environment for the duration of the exercise. The hours discussed in this paragraph will be coordinated between the Contractor and the COR at the planning meetings prior to start of the exercises. Billeting, Meals and Transportation. The Contractor shall provide all transportation to and from exercise site, individual meals and billeting for team members. All personnel require at least a verifiable U.S. SECRET, U.K. equivalent to U.S. SECRET, or a NATO SECRET clearance. The Contractors security manager shall provide certification of appropriate security. THE FULL STATEMENT OF WORK IS POSTED ON ASFI BUT COULD NOT BE POSTED DUE TO DOWN-TIME OF FBO.
