Description

This is a combined snyopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ). Fill in and submit the blanks in Attachment #1. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The associated NAICS code is 333120 with a size standard of 750 employees. This solicitation is Full and Open Competition with NO restrictions or set-asides. This RFQ has one line item. The item description is in Attachment #1. Delivery is FBO Destination. The required delivery date is 45 days after receipt of order. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation-Commercial Items - The Government will award this contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the salient characteristics of the solicitation that is the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered.
