Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement FM485272710107NO3 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. The NAICS for this solicitation is 337217. The size standard for a small business under this NAICS code is 500 employees. This solicitation is UNRESTRICTED. This is a commercial request for the following equipment: 6 EACH: Workbenches, description of parts/items needed for each bench is in attached excel document. If submitting equal items, product literature must be submitted with the quote. The items are Stanley Vidmar "or Equal." Pricing shall include delivery FOB destination to Nellis AFB NV 89191 Quotes should be in the following format: price for each item independently, price for combined line items, including shipping cost FOB Destination. Award Basis: Best Value. Award decision will be based upon the offer representing the best value to the government considering the following factors; price, delivery, technical capability, salient characteristics, quality, design, warranty, the award shall be made in the aggregate.
