Description

The work to be performed consists of the following: replace two dewatering line shaft turbine well pumps as specified. The work must be completed within 60 days from Award. The Request For Quotation (RFQ) package will be available on or around April 15, 2008, and quotes are tentatively due in the office of the Bureau of Reclamation, 316 North 26th Street, Billings MT 59101 on or before Close of Business (COB) April 18, 2008. The estimated price range of this acquisition is $25,000 to $100,000. There is no charge for the first copy of this solicitation, and additional sets will be provided upon receipt of a nonrefundable check or money order of $9.00 each set. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. This is a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System code is 4323830. The Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. The solicitation includind specifications will be not posted to the internet; however a complete solicitation package is available in hard copy. To request a hard copy of the solicitation, contractors must fax a request to (406) 247-7798, Attn: Hart BlackEagle. The request must include contractor's name, address, phone/fax numbers, tax identification number and their Dun and Bradstreet number. Note: Effective October 1, 2003, any contractor interested in doing business with the Federal Government must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration. Contractors may register at http://www/ccr/gov.
