VAMC, Huntington, WV, has a requirement for Preparing Site for New MRI, Project No. 581-07-117. Contractor shall completely prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor, materials, equipment, supervision and transportation for a project titled " SITE PREP FOR MRI". The new work shall meet all applicable VA criteria, codes, life safety codes and Uniform Building Codes. NAICS Code is 236220, with small business size standard of $31.5 million. Anticipated completion is 150 calendar days from NTP. Work estimated between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Solicitation is 100% Set-Aside for Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (VOSB). Interested offerors are reminded that in addition to being registered in Central Contractor Registry, all offerors MUST be registered in VetBiz.gov before award can be made.
