- A firm fixed price requirement is contemplated. Item 0001: NSN: 1650008648695UC; Noun: Valve Cap; P/N: Q1075-02-4 or 4H90704-117A; Quantity: 29; Function: Valve Cap for C-5 Aircraft; Delivery: On or before 180 Days ARO. F OB Origin applies. Delivery will be To Robins AFB. The estimated issue date for the solicitation to www.FedBizOpps.gov will be 25 April 2008 with an estimated response date by 27 May 2008, and an award by 19 June 2008. This is contemplated as sole source to cage code 98939, Aerocontrolex. Authority: 10 USC 2304(c)(1). Justification: initial spares buy, supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, and in addition the government does not own the data rights for the items being solicited. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO identified above for additional information and or to communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition.
