- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only publication. A written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W91B4L08Q0006 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24. This solicitation is unrestricted. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 333314. CLIN 0001 Quantity 119 each US Night Vision P/N USNV BF-10 HMMWV Blackout IR Filter Kit; CLIN 0002 Quantity 50 each US Night Vision P/N USNV BF-110 Marine Corps 7 ton truck Blackout IR Filter Kit. The Ship To Destination for this order is USMC DODAAC M94481; TMO 24 MEU CE FWD; NATL SUPPORT ELEMENT-NSE EMPTY LOT; UNIT 09355; KANDAHAR APRT (KDH) AFGHANISTAN 09355; i! f the items are export restricted, the Ship To Destination will be Camp Lejeune NC 28542 with all items packed and prepared for onward shipment to Kandahar Airfield, Afghanistan DODAAC M94481.
