- EMERGENCY Maintenance Dredging of the St. Joseph Inner Harbor, Michigan. Approximately 150,000 cubic yards to be dredged. The estimated cost of construction is between $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. This procurement is RESTRICTED TO SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The FSC Code is Z216, NAICS Code: 237990, The Small Business Size Standard is $18.5 million for dredging. The solicitation will be available on or about 23 Apr 08. Advertise time will be limited per FAR 6.302-2 Unusual and compelling ugency. To download solicitation, go to www.fbo.gov.
