PROPOSAL DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS This should clarify any possible confusion between the FedBizOpps posting and the actual BAA. The instructions of the BAA clearly state the delivery time and location for all proposals. The California address refers to the address of the higher contracting headquarters. DO NOT send proposals to the California address, rather follow the instructions below to be considered responsive. PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME: The due date for proposals submitted in response to this BAA is no later than 1:00 p.m. MDT on 18 April 2008. Proposals received after the due date and time shall be governed by the provisions of FAR 52.215-1(c)(3).
