Description

IAW the Statement of Work (SOW), this procurement is for the design of a process display model of the vertical-flow constructed wetland system. The desired delivery date will be 1 June 2008. The project is to be conducted the contractor facility of 5742 North Post Road, Indianapolis, IN 46216 and at AFIT/ENV, 2950 Hobson Way, Bldg 640, Wright-Patterson AFB, Ohio 45433-7765. NAICS Code 541310, and Size Standard is $4.5M. This is a Sole Source procurement. Synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of a service for which the government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is Midwest Model Makers Inc, 6620 Carrollton Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46220-1925. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the government will consider all quotations/responses received within five (5) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
