- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business in accordance with FAR 52.219-1 AND 52.219-6 (THIS MEANS YOU MUST BE A SMALL BUSINESS, QUOTING THE PRODUCT OF A SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURER... This request for quote (RFP) N00174-08-M-0104 is the only written solicitation, which will be issued, unless amended. The solicitation document,incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal AcquisitionCircular 18. The NAICS code 334413 Size standard 500.
