Description

All requests for solicitation packages must be submitted in writing, faxed to (662) 686-5373 or by electronic mail to terry.jones@ars.usda.gov. No calls will be accepted. The U.S. Department of Agriculture proposes to Replace an Air Handler Unit in Bldg #1/Harned Building at the USDA-ARS located in Mississippi State, MS. This project will include but not be limited to the following: Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to remove two existing multi-zone air handling units and replace as specified, provide DDC control system and testing, provide associated piping, insulation and necessary re-connecting ductwork, and provide associated minor electrical work. This project is to be performed at the USDA- ARS, located in Mississippi State, MS. An IFB with drawing and complete specification requirements will be issued on or about May 1, 2008, with all bids being due at 2:00 p.m. CST, June 3, 2008. These dates are tentative and will be specified in the IFB package. Again, all requests for solicitation packages must be submitted in writing, faxed to (662) 686-5373 or by electronic mail to terry.jones@ars.usda.gov. No calls will be accepted.
