- Description
- PR IQC08050009021. This solicitation will contain one NSN,1680-00-864-4637, for a Parts Kit, Actuator that is used on a Helicopter, Sea Knight H-46. Request for Proposal SPM4A6-08-R-0624, will be solicited for award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC). The award will be for 1 base year and 4 option years. Economic Pricing Adjustment (EPA) is not applicable. Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Destination, 233 days ARO. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. Approved source is Moog Inc, CAGE 0ZWK8, P/N 591491-1. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 192 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 48 each and applies to the base year only. The final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Formal cost and pricing data is required. Subcontracting plan is required. EEO clearance not required. This NSN is not a Critical Safety Item and is not a commercial item. Solicitation does not contain progress payments. Solicitation will be unrestricted on an other than full and open competitive basis. Solicitation issue date is April 29, 2008. Solicitation closing date is June 13, 2008.
