Description

The following NSNs will be included on the solicitation: 4210-00-270-4512FIRE EXTINGUISHER, CARBON DIOXIDE, 5LBS. 4210-00-288-7219FIRE EXTINGUISHER, CARBON DIOXIDE, 10LBS. 4210-00-202-7858FIRE EXTINGUISHER, CARBON DIOXIDE, 15LBS. 4210-00-203-0341FIRE EXTINGUISHER, CARBON DIOXIDE, 50LBS. All NSNs in this solicitation are commercial items. All items will be solicited on a fully competitive basis. 30 days required delivery. All NSNs are Hazardous Materials. The government anticipates the award of a Fixed Price with EPA contract (s) as a result of this solicitation. Delivery shall be made only as authorized by orders issued in accordance with clause FAR 52.216-8 ORDERING (OCT 1995). The performance period of the resulting contract will potentially be five (5) years: a base period of two (2) years and three (3) one (1) year term options. This acquisition is unrestricted. The procedures for evaluating the proposals received will be past performance (utilizing ABVS). Numbered Note 12 (Trade Agreement Act) applies to this solicitation (DFARS 252.225-7021). Copies of the solicitation will be available no sooner than 05/05/08.
