- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (Heavy Equipment Rental) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). RFQ # M67399-08-Q-0023 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-18. This is a restricted purchase set-aside for 100% Small Business Concerns. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 443112. The Standard Industrial Classification Code (SIC) for this order is 5731. The small business size standard is 8.0 MILL. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) rating for this order is DO-C9.The Federal Supply Classification (FSC) for this order is 5895. This solicitation is for the purchase of headsets to work with the Motorrola XTS 5000 radio. The equipment will be deliverd to Bldg 1102 Door 23 Twenty-nine Palms Ca 92277. The following intels the specifications and the quantity of what is needed: CLIN 0001- Qty: 150: Headset to work with the Motorola XTS5000 radio. The headset needs to have a temple transducer so that the user can receive audio without covering the ear. The receiver portion of this accessory rests on the temples and is capable of converting the receive audio from a two-way radio into sound vibration. It also needs to have a noise canceling boom microphone so that the user can still hear and be aware of what is going on around them. Place of contract delivery will be Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center (MCAGCC)/Marine Corps Air Ground Task Force Training Command (MCAGTFTC) Twentynine Palms, CA. The winner of this award is required to be registered with, understand, and invoice through Wide Area Workflow.
