- TO PROCURE Maintenance &repair for a philips x-ray analyzer. This isa Sole Source procurement synopsis published for informational purposes only. Solicitation documents are not available. This proposed contract action is for procurement of Service Maintenance which includes Labor, Tools, Parts, Materials and Transportation for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1. The proposed source is: Panalytical Inc, Westborough, MA. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations; however, the Government will consider all quotations/responses received within three (3) days of the issuance of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
