Description

The Air Force Research Laboratory Information Directorate, Rome NY intends to solicit and negotiate a sole source purchase under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 with TeleCommunication Systems Inc. (TCS), 275 West Street, Annapolis MD for six (6) Tricolor Mini Baseband systems. Specifications are attached. These items are required in order to mirror an existing communications network which uses the same technology. The government requires the items no later than 30 Jun 08. Though this notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations, information received by the response date of the solicitation will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The NAICS code for this procurement is 334220.
