Defense Logistics Agency, Contract Support Office Battle Creek, HDI Federal Center, Attn: DCSO-B Randy Powell, 74 Washington Avenue North, Battle Creek, MI 49037-3092 Special notice of intent to award an order to ImmixTechnology Inc. 8444 Westpark Drive, Suite 200, McLean, VA 22102 for the following Parametric Technology Corporation (PTC) software. The Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) requires maintenance and Gold support for Arbortext Software. Timeframe required 01 June 2008 through 31 MAY 2009. Support required as follows: DESCRIPTION ITEM QTY 1. Arbortext Editor – Locked License MNT-AE1115L-T2 25 EA 2. Arbortext Editor MNT-AE1028F-T2 07 EA 3. Arbortext Editor MNT-EE1851F-T2 05 EA 4. Arbortext Styler MNT-ST2173F-T2 01 EA 5. Arbortext Architect MNT-ET1855F-T2 01 EA In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, award will be made to Immix as they have an agreement with PTC, the owner of the software and are the only known source who can provide this support. If there are any other firms who can satisfy this requirement, please submit a proposal by close of business 18 April 2008.
