Description

The US Postal Service is seeking an existing building for a new retail unit and a suitable site upon which to locate a new carrier annex in Austin, TX. The preferred area receiving priority consideration is bounded on the: North By: FM 620 South By: Mc Neil Rd. East By: Union Pacific RR West By: US Hwy. 183 Carrier Annex Site: The desired site size ranges from 3.0 acres to 3.5 acres, more or less, with the optimum site dimensions of 300 feet of frontage and 436 feet of depth. Both smaller and larger sites may be considered, particularly those with a corner location. Existing Buildings - Retail Unit: The building must contain at least 2,500 net interior square feet of space situated on a site of approximately 1.5 acres to 2.0 acres. The facility shall be offered "AS IS", with building modifications to be established and coordinated with the Postal Service. Initial offers for existing buildings may be submitted via letter proposal. Copies of the solicitation package may be obtained from contacting the party show below.
