- Description
- The US Army RDECOM Acquisition Center, Natick Contracting Division, has a requirement for the rental of airspace to conduct free fall missions that have been an ongoing requirement with the Armys Special Forces Command, this requirement will be for14 days and several nights. In addition this will allow the Government to conduct stand off in excess of 25 Kilometers which allows the Government to test the system flight algorithms to the maximum extent possible. The Government intends to award one Firm Fixed Price Contract to Skydive Arizona, a Small Business located in Eloy, AZ. The requisition number for this acquisition is W91A2K-8056-2003. This acquisition will be issued using Other Than Full and Open Competition under FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (iii).The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 481219. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code is 7359 and the Small Business Size Standard is 500 employees. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination and inspection and acceptanceshall be at destination by the cognizant receiving authority. Period of Performance will be 01 June 2008 thru 30 June 2008.
