Description: The Contractor shall repair the cracking around the 4’ wide perimeter of pool decking. The contractor shall repair the 4 ladder handrails anchoring into the pool deck. The contractor shall mark pool deck at pool depth 4ft-6in and 4ft-9in with ceramic tiles to match existing. Contractor shall replace existing broken in-wall step located at southeast entry.
