- The USCG Engineering Logistic Center has a requirement for (1) NSN: 4320-01-122-3852, Centrifugal Pump, Serial NRS Y671191- Y67119G and Y724155, Y724155Q; vertical style pump; 6 inch 4 inch discharge qty one; max discharge flow rate 900 GPM; Intake/discharge connection type round flange; ft; 3550 RPM e-mail for request or other information EKane@Flowserve.com; NHA: Auxiliary s/w cooling. P/N D1161-6X4X6 (Qty (3) each). Item (2) NSN:4320-01-119-5236, Pump unit CTFGL pump with motor, one state, round flange, 2.0 GPM, 15.0 PSI, 36.0 TDH, 3.) ft. suction lift, horizontal mount, motor- ¾ hp, 1.5 amp, 440 vac, 3 ph, 60 HZ, IEEE45 marine duty, Mfg. Drawing #YX-101184. NHA: Hot Potable Water, Part no. D-520-1 ¼ x 1 x 4, (Qty 3 each). F.O.B Destination Baltimore, MD 21226. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued for these items to: Curtis Wright Electro-Mechanical Company, or one of it’s Authorized Distributors. It is the Government’s belief that only Curtis Wright Electro Mechanical or one of its distributors can furnish the required part and ensure the proper fit, form and function of all its components. Concerns having the expertise and required capabilities to furnish the above items are invited to submit complete information discussing the same in duplicate within 1 day of this announcement. However, other potential sources desiring to furnish other than Curtis-Wright Electro-Mechanical’s parts are required to submit the following information 1) Complete and current engineering data to demonstrate the acceptability of the offered parts ( i.e. salient physical, functional and serviceability characteristics) or 2) Data that the offered parts have been satisfactorily manufacture red for the government or the original equipment manufacturer. This data must include sufficient detail to demonstrate a bona-fide capability to meet the requirements. The submission of this data for review shall not impede award of this contract. The Coast Guard does not intend to pay for information solicited. The anticipated award date for this procurement is 20 March 2008. This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial Items and is issued in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and pursuant to FAR Part 6.302-1 and HSAM30006.302-1. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotation shall include, proposed delivery in days, pricing for items individually packed, marked and bar coded, as in the company Tax Identification Number and Duns Number. Offerors or must also fill out and return FAR Clause 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items (JUNE 2003). Quotations shall be received no later than February 1, 2008, All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received shall be considered by this agency. Award will be based on Price and Price Related Factors.. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are that in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) FAC-2001-26, and FAR subpart 4.12 ANNUAL REPRESENTATIONS AND CERTIFICATIONS, the use of ORCA is mandatory as of January 1, 2005.
