INTERESTED VENDORS: PLEASE SEE THE PRESOLITICATION NOTICE WITH THE SAME TITLE AS THIS NOTICE FOR MORE DETAILS – BANKRUPTCY COURTROOM/CHAMBERS & CLERK SPACE PROJECT, JAMES M. HANLEY FEDERAL BUILDING & US COURTHOUSE, SYRACUSE, NY. THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR HUBZONE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. Please be aware that there are numerous problems with this new FBO system. There is a Vendor Guide at the FBO home page. Vendors will need to review this guide. The best way to get your problems resolved is to email: help@fbo.gov. The documents are Sensitive, but Unclassified. Please review Vendor Guide pages 34 – 40 to navigate through the system to request Explicit Access to view documents. To view the documents, the user is required to have a valid Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), which is generated in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). The MPIN is validated by CCR for FBO. All interested vendors are encouraged to attend the one (1) organized site visit scheduled for this project: WEDNESDAY, APRIL 23, 2008. Interested vendors will meet in the Lobby of the Hanley FB & USCH at 1:30 PM. The tour will begin at 2:00 PM. See page 8 of the Solicitation. NO TELEPHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
