- This second amendment is ISSUED to change the SOLICITATION NUMBER to read HSCG89-08-R-6S6001 IN LIEU OF THE HSCG 89-08-R-8S6007 --------------------------- This is amendment to change the SETASIDE status to read 100% SMALL BUSINESS SETASIDE in lieu of UNRESTRICTED. Also change the NAICS Code to read 541620 (Environmental Consulting Svcs) in lieu of 541330 (Engineerng Svcs). Description of Services remain unchanged. -------------------------------------------- This is a synopsis for the following commercial service: The work consists of providing all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to Provide Management Support to the HAZMIN Center and to assist in the Operations of the Hazardous Waste Accumulation Center. The center serves as an inventory control center for HAZMAT/HAZWASTE, using a system of Authorized Use List (AULs) to limit the range and quantities of hazardous material purchases, data management in the Regional Hazardous Inventory Control System (RHICS) to manage the inventory and the Unit Environmental Guide (UEG) program to manage hazardous waste and to facilitate preparation of periodic reports, and centralized material storage and management at the United States Coast Guard, Integrated Support Command, Seattle, Washington. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The period of performance will begin in Fiscal Year 2009 (01 Oct 2008 thru 30 Sept 2009). This procurement will be UNRESTRICTED. The Contract is for a base year and four (4)-one year options; If all options are exercised the contract term will end on FY2013 (01 Oct 2010 thru 30 Sept 2013). Award will be made on the basis of best value to the Government. The evaluation criteria will be based on Past Experience, Quality Control and Price. Services will be procured using procedures in FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13.5, Test Programs for Certain Commercial Items. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541330 (8711). The related small business size standard is $4.5 million. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. The provisions at FAR 52.212-1 Instructions to Offerors ?
