- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-24. NAICS is 519130. Size standard $21,000,000.00. This is NOT a small business set aside. Request for Quotation Number is SP470208Q0022. The Defense Supply Center Columbus, 3990 East Broad Street, Columbus, OH 43213-1199 intends to renew the Caps Expert Annual Subscription. PartMiner Brand or equal. If offeror proposes “or equal” product, technical data must be provided with the response. FOB Destination pricing to be delivered to DSCC, Columbus, OH is required. FAR Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors must include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3 and DFARS 252.212-7000, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items with their offer or have representations and certifications available on-line through the following website: http://orca.bpn.gov/.
