PR 0018197043, SPM4A708R1172, ISSUE DATE: 5 MAY 08, CLOSING DATE: 5 JUN 08 This solicitation is to result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for NSN 1660-01-461-6303 Emergency Egress System. An option is not included. The item description is in accordance with Submersible Systems Inc. CAGE 49537, P/N 175T. This NSN is configuration control. Solicitation is issued under Other than full and open competition i/a/w 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). The NSN is designated Critical Application, an Air Force Critical Safety Item, and Life Support. Alternate Offers are not acceptable. Solicitation is issued unrestricted. PRLI 001: QTY 1182 each, FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance Origin, Delivery 70 DARO. Higher level inspection requirements apply. Certificate of Conformance is not authorized. Stock shipment will be made to New Cumberland, PA 17070.
