This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-24 and Defense Acquisition Circular 91-13. The subsequent award will be made in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. This Request for Quotation is unrestricted. NAICS 336350 Motor Vehicle Transmission and Power Train Parts Manufacturing. A firm-fixed-price, Base plus 2 Options Delivery Order type award is the anticipated result of this effort. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be the best value to the Government. The government reserves the right ! to make one, multiple, or no awards resulting from this solicitation.
