This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and awritten solicitation will not be issued.This notice is being issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for two (2) Parker BoilerTSV54123 tanks or equal to. See below specifications and requirements. Quantity for two(2)Parker TSV54132 tanks with 1500 gallon capacity, heat exchangers to heat water from 50degrees to 100 degrees in one and 140 degrees in the other, probe type level control withsolenoid, level sight glass, and temperature/pressure gauge.1) Prices should include freight and unloading.2) Ambient temperature is figured to be 50 degrees as this is a temperature to ensurethat tanks do not freeze and is mid range of what ambient could be.5) Per your request to make both tanks heat to 140 degrees add.6) To have both tanks glass lined in place of cement lined adds.7) To make both tanks 304 stainless steel adds.The NAICS Code for this solicitation 332420. This notice is being issued as a total small business set-aside. The offeror shall statein their size status for this procurement. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. Delivery to Shipping and Receiving Bldg 4631, MSFC, AL 35812. Delivery shall be FOBDestination. Delivery date TBD on acceptance of award. The DPAS rating for this procurement is DO-C9. Offers for the items(s) described above are due by 12:00 noon CST, 04/25/2008 and mustinclude, solicitation number, CCR Cage Code, FOB destination to MSFC, proposed deliveryschedule, discount/payment terms, warranty explanation and duration, taxpayeridentification number (TIN), identification of any special commercial terms, and besigned by an authorized company representative. If the end product(s) offered is other than domestic end product(s) as defined in theclause entitled "Buy American Act -- Supplies," the offeror shall so state and shall listthe country of origin. FAR 52.212-4 (Feb 2008), Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items is applicable.
