Description: The synopsis is issued to increase the scope of the Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) Contract number N00173-07-C-2059 with SFA Inc. at 2200 Defense Highway, Suite 405, Crofton, MD 21114 to add additional tasking in the area of critical assessment of experimental and theoretical treatments. The level of effort is increased by a total of 5,500 hours for a Research Physicist.
