Description: Circumference: ID 15in X OD 16in, height is 1in. Supports the inlet guide vane ID journal. Predominant material is AMS 5627, Stainless Steel. This is NOT a SB set aside. Manufacturing Data is available, however, unique processes employed in using this data requires prequalification of sources to ensure the reliability and quality of this part. QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: To be eligible for contract award, the offeror must be an approved source IAW FAR52.209-1. Therefore, offerors are encouraged to submit SARs as soon as possible. If the Government has not completed review of SAR when contract is awarded, the SAR will be retained and the source will be reviewed as a possible source for future awards. You must be an Approved Source to bid on this requirement. Current approved source is United Technology Corporation, East Hartford, CT., 06084-2821. L/I 0001: QTY - 132 EA, MIN: 33EA, MAX 198 EA Required Delivery: 40 EA/Month beginning 30 May 2008 10. Mandatory Language: Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitation. A Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Note: While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award may be based upon a combination of price and past performance factors as detailed in the solicitation.
