- Army Contracting Agency, Southern Region, Directorate of Contracting, Fort Bragg, North Carolina intends to award, on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract to Kimball Marketing International, Inc for Office Furniture. The Office Furniture, called Traxx System Furniture is unique to Kimball Marketing International, Inc. specific product and manufacturer. The items under this purchase are to fulfill an urgent requirement to match existing Office Furniture under the Traxx System Furniture. This is not a Request for Competitive Proposals. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. Determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. If you feel your firm possesses the ability to provide these supplies, then you must respond by demonstrating your firms technical capability to meet the requirements. If no affirmative written response is received, the supplies will be awarded without further notice.
