- Reference number W912TF-08-T-0013 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is a 100% Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industries Classification System Code is 423430 Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, size Standard is 100 employees. Note: All items are listed as or Equal. New Hampshire Army National Guard is requesting quotes for NEC NP2150 Projectors and Panasonic T7300 Toughbook Notebook Computers. Please provide quote for identified items or 100% compatible equal items. Pricing is required to include all shipping and handling charges (FOB Destination.) Item 1: Quantity: 10 each, Product Description: Projector; Resolution XGA (1024 x 768), LCD; 0.8: LCD with MLA, 4200 Lumens, 600:1 contrast, 2 year mfg warranty, 16.5 lbs. Item 2: Quantity: 20 each, Product Description: Toughbook T7300 Intel core DUO T7300 2.0GHz (Centrino), 15.4 WUXGA, 1GB, 120GB, 512MB VRAM, 56K, 1 GB Ethernet, Intel 802.11A+B+G, DVD-Multi Drive, WIN XP SP2, TPM 1.2, Bluetooth, Integrated Smart Card Reader, MFG: Panasonic, Part Number: CF-52AJCHDBM with Options: Additional Battery (CF-VZSU1473U, 120W AC Adapter (CF-AA1683AM), Port Replicator (CF-VEBB521M), Black Universal Comfolio (COMUNIV-P), and Additional 1GB Memory (DDR II 400)(CF-WMBA601G) All parts numbers are as is or Equal The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply.
