Description
UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS LEASED OFFICE SPACE IN TALLAHASSEE, FL The United States Government seeks to lease space consisting of approximately of 2,259 Rentable Square Feet. The space offered must consist of approximately 2,259 rentable square feet in Tallahassee, FL. The space should yield 1,964 ANSI/BOMA usable square feet. Space can be on any floor of a building above street-level, contiguous (same floor) office space as long as it is accessible. However, in areas where second floor space is not available, ground floor space can be considered. Elevator service is required for space above ground level and shall consist of a minimum of two accessible elevators which will serve the floor proposed for the tenant agency. One of the accessible elevators may serve as a freight elevator. All space must be contiguous on one floor, with the exception of the storage/mailroom and/or training/multipurpose room which may be separated from the primary space by a public corridor but must be on the same floor. A minimum of 10 parking spaces should be available at no cost, or at reasonable commercial rates, for visitor and employees within a two-block radius of the office. Public transportation with adequate parking must be available within two-blocks of the space offered. The proposed space must be located within the boundaries of the delineated area bounded by Tallahassee, Florida City Limits. The proposed lease is for ten (10) years, five (5) years firm, and should be fully serviced. Space must be ready for occupancy no later than October 1, 2009 The offered space must meet Government requirements for Fire and Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. Brokers or agents may represent the prospective landlord, but any properties or proposals submitted by brokers/agents must be accompanied by written evidence that they are authorized to represent building ownership.
