- Description
- U.S. GOVERNMENT IS COMPETING EXISTING LEASED LOCATION. The United States Government is conducting a competition for surface parking for 90 vehicles within the city limits of East St. Louis, IL, for a succeeding lease action and will relocate if consideration of the economics involved and other factors are supportive. The cost of relocation as well as agency missions and other factors will be considered. The proposed lease would be for five (5) years and must be fully serviced. Space must be available for occupancy no later than January 1, 2009. Offers must be submitted by owner(s) or by authorized representatives of the owner(s) only. Space offered must be well maintained, lighted, secure, and meet Government requirements for handicapped accessibility. The geographic boundaries for this space are: North -Missouri Ave; South - Broadway; West –-8th Street; East -7th Street. Interested parties may submit their expressions of interest no later than May 9th, 2008 to Mr. Donald Erickson, U.S. General Services Administration, 230 S.
