Description

RELEASE OF QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. This notification announces the release and availability of answers to the questions received by the National Park Service (NPS) in response to Solicitation STLI004-08, a Concession Business Opportunity for Retail, Food and Beverage, and Other Services at Statue of Liberty National Monument and Ellis Island. As stated in section 5 of the Prospectus Proposal Instructions, "The NPS will respond to all questions in writing and will provide the questions and responses to all potential Offerors who have requested a Prospectus." This written response to questions, and the attachments and errata list referenced therein, are or will soon be available on the National Park Service Concessions website, http://www.concessions.nps.gov/prospectus.cfm.
