- Description
- The U.S. Army Contracting Agency Information Technology, E-Commerce and Commercial Contracting Center-West (ITEC4-W) is seeking information for the purposes of identifying sources which will allow the government to assess the potential competitive base, to determine whether a J&A is required for this requirement. This synopsis neither constitutes a Request for Proposal or Invitation for Bid, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This Sources Sought Synopsis should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement or any follow-up information requests. ITEC4-W seeks sources who can provide NetPro DirectoryAnalyzer application suite and annual Software Maintenance & Support for DirectoryAnalyzer, SecurityManager and ChangeAuditor to allow Active Directory system administrators the ability to better/best manage user accounts for thousands of end users within all authorized domains in the Army Active Directory Forrest. The NetPro solution shall monitor and troubleshoot critical components of Active Directory (AD) to ensure health of the directory and provides early warning of directory problems and conducts trend analysis and reports on AD health over time. The suite provides responsive troubleshooting, real-time diagnostic analysis of remote domain controllers across the Army Top Level Architecture, performs console diagnostics of Active Directory framework health via pre-packaged health checks and customizable tests with automated repair templates, performs AD optimization, such as replication tuning and user account management, provides a comprehensive replication management console, performs domain controller baselining and benchmarking over time, and generates AD security configuration reports, and provides functional interfaces to peripheral NETOPS management tools (i.e. Remedy, SMS/MOM, and Spectrum).
