- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. `This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation), subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of one (1) each Easy Tec XP GC-IMS Detector Upgrade, Peak Laboratories model # IA-1000-100-2 and one (1) each MINICAM GC compatible stand alone IMS Detector, model # IA-1000-200. Note: This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Peak Laboratories LLC, 2330 Old Middlefield Way, # 10, Mountain View, Ca., 94043-1267. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( c ) (1) and Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, supplies, service and/or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, servicecs and/or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. Submit written offers (oral offerers will not be accepted), on W911S6-08-T-0047. All firms or individuals responding must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). North American Industrial Classification Standard 334516 (500 employees) applies to this procurement.
