- The issue date for this solicitation is estimated to be on or about 7 May 2008. Response date above is estimated. Actual proposal due date will be specified in the solicitation and may be earlier or later than 22 May 2008. This will be a firm fixed price requirements type contract. Contractor shall provide commercial-type as-needed refuse services, collection and disposal operations at various Army installations located on Island of Oahu, HI. Period of performance is 1 Jul 08 through 30 June 09 with 4 prepriced 12-month option periods. This procurement is unrestricted. Telephone requests will not be honored. Issued solicitation packages will be posted at the Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) website, https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi/ (go to Contracting Opportunities Search, Select Contracting Office: ACA Fort Shafter, then Continue button). Interested offerors are required to download the solicitation and any subsequent amendments from this website. Once posted on the website, interested offerors are responsible for monitoring the website until the closing date for any issued amendments or changes. This is a recurring requirement. Services are currently performed under separate contract. Current contractor is Rolloffs Hawaii Inc., P.O. Box 30046. Honolulu, Hi 96819. Current contract is a base with four option years and the estimated contract price is $986,390.00.
