- Description
- The USDA, Agricultural Research Service, Human Nutrition Research Center, Grand Forks, North Dakota, requires deliveries of liquid argon consisting of an initial fill of approximately 700 gallons and refills every three months with an estimate of 700 gallons for each refill for the period 07/01/08 through 06/30/09. Deliveries shall be made Monday through Friday only between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M., excluding Federal holidays, unless otherwise scheduled. This acquisition is being conducted on a Commercial Items Best Value basis. Evaluation criteria in no order of preference are price, availability, and past performance. This solicitation will be available in Adobe Acrobat format for downloading approximately May 5, 2008. The offer response date is approximately May 23, 2008.
