- Sole Source Synopsis Sole Source. The U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, AZ intends to negotiate a firm fixed price contract for the purchase of a quantity of four (4) Chemiluminescent NO-NO2-NOx Analyzers, Part Number: 42i-AZMAPAB with Thermo Environmental Instruments Inc at 27 Forge Parkway, Franklin, Massachusetts, 02038-3135. Thermo Environmental Instruments Inc is the sole manufacturer and holds all proprietary rights in regards to this requirement. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 334519 with a size standard of 500 employees. Any award resulting from this requirement will be issued pursuant to FAR 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items-FAC 2005-24 and Class Deviation 2005-o000 effective March 31, 2008. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. If you feel that your firm possesses the ability to provide this product, interested parties may submit technical literature showing their capability of meeting the Governments requirement by April 28, 2008 at 12:00PM NOON MST.
