- THE SOLE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO CORRECT THE TITLE TO READ: 3 Bedroom Manfactured Home *************************************************************************************************************** SYNOPSIS - DHS/Federal Emergency Management Agency has a requirement for Three Bedroom Park Models in accordance with the attached specifications. The solicitation will be available at www.fbo.gov within 15 days. This procurement is set aside 100% for small business. The NAICS Code is 321991, and the size standard is no more than 500 employees. Contractor must perform in accordance with the product specifications. Offerors must demonstrate their commitment and ability to manufacture, test and deliver up to 1,400 3-bedroom manufactured homes in any combination of Northern, Southern, UFAS Northern, and UFAS Southern specifications. Specifications which are intended to reduce the level of formaldehyde emissions are attached for your review. FEMA anticipates that the 1400 units would be ordered over a 2 year period for delivery to multiple locations. Delivery of as many as 500 might be needed in 60-90 days after issuance of an order. All construction will be required to have each production unit tested by a licensed/certified technician. Passing this test will be a condition of acceptance.
