- NOTE Soliciation Number is N00019-07-G-0008 DO TBD The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) plans to a task order under a Basic Ordering Agreement for engineering and technical support to Bell-Boeing to provide engineering and technical support to the V-22 ASPO for management of the V-22 avionics and flight controls system, on-aircraft production software or for the development of and upgrading of V-22 avionics and flight controls system and maintenance of on-aircraft software after completion of the V-22 EMD phase. The Bell-Boeing Team is the designer, developer, and sole producer of the V-22 tiltrotor aircraft and is the only known source that possesses the engineering data, technical skills and requisite knowledge of the design, fabrication, performance, operation, maintenance and support characteristics of the V-22 tiltrotor aircraft.
