Description
IQC07335009026. End Item Application: 'TRUCK, VEHICLE SYSTEM, 1 1/4-TON (HMMWV). This solicitation will contain one NSN 4010-01-426-4536, for a Wire Rope Assembly; Estimated Annual Demand: 552 each, Maximum Annual Contract Quantity: 1,104. This is a 1C item. The approved sources are: Warn Industries (27646) P/N 27569 and Cable Moore Inc (9R404) P/N 27569. The solicitation will result in an award of an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with a base year and four option years. This procurement will be solicited as a HubZone set aside. Offers will only be considered from HubZone concerns, providing a HubZone manufactured product. FOB: Destination with Inspection and Acceptance at Destination applies. This is a critical application item. Configuration control applies. Quantity variance is zero. Effective June 1, 1998, in order to receive an award, regardless of dollar value, you must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). In addition, Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) must be registered via https://orca.bpn.gov. The final contract award decision may be used upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://dibbs.bsm.dla/mil.frq. The solicitation issue date is on or about 07 May 08. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the Business Systems Modernization DLA Internet Bid Board System (BSM DIBBS) website: https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP. From DIBBS homepage, select Request for Proposal (RFP) under the Solicitations heading.
