Description

This is a request for quotation (RFQ) under subject reference number. Note: This will be the only posting. There will be no future solicitation. On behalf of the Air Force Office of Special Investigation (AFOSI), the Air Force District of Washington (AFDW/A7KS) intends to issue a single Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) IAW FAR Part 13.303 for 50 Time Lapse DVD Recorder/Burners. Open market pricing is requested. Vendors must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) in order to do business with the Government. Please include the vendor cage code, Duns, tax ID, business size and poc information with your quote, as well as literature on your product that demonstrates compliance with the technical specifications in Attachment 1. VENDORS SHALL COMPLETE THE ATTACHED ORDERING SCHEDULE/PRICE TABLE (ATCH 2) AND SUBMIT IN RESPONSE TO THIS RFQ. Award will be made to the vendor whose product meets ALL of the technical specifications at the lowest price for the entire ordering period (date of award through Sep 2011). NAIC is 334612 with a size standard of 750 employees. Electronic quotes are desired but FAX submissions will be accepted (301)981-3168. Closing date for quotations is 12:00 PM Eastern-Standard time on 1 May 08. Award of the RFQ will be made on or about 9 May 08.
