Unrestriced Procurement, Full and Open Competition after exclusion of sources. This is a Critical Application Item; Configuration Control Applies; Technical Data Packages are not available, Requirement is for 92 pieces and a 100% quantity option. Destination inspection; FOB Destination to Stock Location; Requested Delivery is 274 DARO. Electronic Offers are not acceptable; Offerors must submit a completed solicitation package; A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP on the issue date cited in the RFP.
